From the vintage mini rigs and the POTF2 Cruisemissile Trooper, to all the Jedi Star Fighters, the Galactic Heroes line and every single version of the Millennium Falcon – here’s our overview of some of the cherished vehicles and toy ranges Mark Boudreaux had a hand in during his incredible career as a designer at Kenner/Hasbro. Accessories: Rebel Blockade Runner, Darth Vader's TIE Fighter, Darth Vader, 2 Imperial Officers, and an Imperial Naval Trooper. The only negative thing about this is that the peg that attaches to the vehicles attached via the bottom, meaning that vehicles are pulled in upside down. Like the Rebel Alliance base which came with a “bonus” X-wing Fighter, this set comes with Darth Vader’s Advanced TIE Fighter, which features battle damage to the wings, which the usual version of Vader’s TIE does not have.
Obviously, the set is going to be more fun with extra figures, so I’ve added a few figures and a Millennium Falcon to make it more akin to the original Death Star, although the inclusion of Palpatine and his Royal Guard suggests this is actually the second Death Star, which the Falcon never docked on. And what a tale – exceeding fundraising expectations and ending his Celebration in a way he never would have dreamt of.
